Q: Is this a family event?
A: Yes. This event is appropriate for all ages. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by
an adult.

Remember, this is a HALLOWEEN HAUNTED EVENT! The key word being HAUNTED!
It is intended to be scary. But if you are too afraid inside here are a few ideas to help get you through the event safely.
*GLOW ITEMS
*Glow items will be sold at the event to help light your way through the haunts.
*LARGE GROUP
Bring a large
group with you and stay in the middle of it! (REMEMBER: the effect of this action will sometimes backfire, leaving you target
to the creatures.)
*LET OUR CAST KNOW
Have someone
relay that there is a scared child or person in your group to the closest attraction actor or attendant. They will immediately
relay the message to others in the attraction. (This always works to lessen the fear factor)
NOT AFRAID?:
*SECURITY BLANKET
If you come to the event surrounded
by people, you will have what we call a security blanket. This security blanket will often make your experience less
frightening and uneventful. In order to totally face your real fears, you must go at it alone and lose your security
blanket!
Go into the haunts alone and be one with the darkness!
*TOUGH GUY
Many people who are afraid inside or nervous will portray the tough
guy roll. These individuals will often tease and taunt the actors or even become aggressive towards the cast to try to portray
the tough guy or girl of the group.
This action will often lead the group to losing touch with story lines, effects, props
and acting.
Lose the tough guy and your experience (and ours) will be much better with a higher level of fear for
you!
*WE'LL FIND YOU!
If
we catch wind of a person who is not frightened for some reason or other, we will take care of them in our own "special"
way!
Q. Is the event any different than last
year?
A. YES! Extremely different! The entire haunt grounds have been updated with all new scenes scares
& two new
haunted houses!
Q. Is the entire
event covered and out of the weather?
A. Yes. 100% covered!
Q. Is this event scarier than last year?
A. Yes, we have re built the entire
for event for 2011 and we plan on scaring the yell out of everybody. Last year we tested the waters to see who would come
and what they desired. This year is all about RAW FEAR and in your face scares!
Q. Can I bring my baby or extremely young child?
A. Yes, but
at your own risk. (Once again, NO REFUNDS!)
Extremely young children may be traumatized for life and we take no
responsibility for any permanent damage to young children! (Besides, the creatures are extremely hungry and small bones will
choke them!)
Q. Can I leave my 12 yr. old child unattended?
A.
No. Children under the age of 13 cannot be left unattended at this event.
Q. Can I smoke my cigarettes?
A. YES, but just not here!

Q. Can I come inside drunk or intoxicated?
A.
No. Persons who appear to be drunk or under the influence will be rejected from event entry. We reserve the right to refuse
service to any person.
Q. Is there alcohol sold on site?
A.
No.
Q. Is there food & drink at the event?
A.
Yes, there will be food & drink vendors on site.
Q. Is the event
and haunted houses wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes
Q. Can a pregnant woman or person with health issues attend?
A. We recommend that pregnant or health
effected individuals not attend this event.
Q. Can I bring
my own lighting devices?
A.No. Outside lighting devices are not permitted within the event. No laser pointers,
flash photography, cell phone light, lighters, or other lighting devices permitted within the event.
Q. Can I Video tape and take pictures inside?
A. Photography is welcome in the main
street areas. No photography or video permitted within the haunted houses.
Q. Can I wear a costume to the event?
A. NO, come to our Halloween costume ball held

Q. What
haunt do I go to first?
A. It is up to you what haunts you go through! Your ticket allows 1 trip through
all four haunts in any order you wish.
Q. Are there clowns,
chain saws, spiders or snakes inside?
A. Duhhh, what do you think?
Q. Is it extremely dark and claustrophobic inside of the haunts?
A. It can be! Be prepared
for dark and tight spaces!
Q. Is there fog, strobe lights
and loud audio inside?
A. Yes. Those effected by strobe lights, fog and loud audio should not attend this
event.
Q. How long does it take to go through the
event?
A. Weekdays will be about an hour, Weekends could be up to 2.5 hours.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. No. ATM is located adjacent @Wells Fargo
Q. Can I use coupons on the weekends?
A. Coupons are not accepted
on Fridays, Saturdays and Halloween night.
Q. Do you have
group rates?
A. Group rates are $5 off per person for groups of 20 or more. Must be paid in
a SINGLE
transaction. CASH ONLY.
Q. If
I lose my ticket can I get another for free?
A. No. You will need to purchase another ticket.
Q. If I have to leave early can I use my ticket on another day?
A.
No. Tickets are only good for the date they were issued.
Q. Can
I get a refund?
A. No. Absolutely not! NO REFUNDS for any imaginary or otherwise reasons whatsoever.
Once
ticket has been purchased you are the sole owner of the ticket. The ticket will become one with your soul and your soul only.
You
see, the ticket has chosen you.. You are it's servant. You must deliver it to the various houses of Horrors. It will test
you along the way. You must be brave!
Take the ticket to it's rightful home. You have been chosen to use the
ticket & become one with the tickets power and extreme Halloween fun!
Q. Have you made your wait time less?
A. YES! We have made significant adjustments to
the que line systems in order to reduce wait times.
Q. Do
I have to wait in the TICKET PURCHASE line if I pre- purchased my ticket online?
A. No. You must redeem
your online voucher for a real event ticket at the "Will Call" booth.
Q. Can I give my online ticket to some one else if I don't want to go to the event?
A.
No. Tickets are non transferable.
Q. Does it cost for parking?
A.
No
Q. Is my car secure in your lot?
A.
There will be an outside event staff on site, but all items left in vehicles are the responsibility of the owner. We accept
no liability for theft or damage to vehicles parked onsite.
Q. Is
there a bus stop nearby?
A. Yes, there is a bus stop within 100 ft. of the event.
Q.
Is there bathroom & water facilities?
A. No, only Porta-Potties.
Q. Can my date wear her high heels and dangly jewelry?
A. Not
a good idea. This is a haunted event, not the Hilton. Casual dress and good solid shoes are best.
Q.
Will I get wet?
A. In some instances you may be sprayed with unexpected
light water or mist. Persons allergic to water should not attend this event!
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. No. Only guide animals allowed inside the event.
